Austria Producer Prices Rise to 3.28% in July

Austria's producer prices rose 3.28% year-on-year in July 2026, up from 3.11% in June, according to the International Monetary Fund. This marks the seventh consecutive monthly increase, with the index having turned positive in March after a period of declines. The latest reading is the highest since April 2023, though it remains well below the all-time high of 16.67% recorded in December 2021. The monthly producer price index rose 0.3% in July, while the consumer price index increased 2.81% year-on-year in the same month, according to the IMF.
