Bulgaria PPI Slows to 13.65% in July

Bulgaria's producer price index rose 13.65% year on year in July 2026, easing from a 17.16% increase in June, according to the International Monetary Fund. The latest reading remains well above the 8.64% recorded a year earlier, though it is far from the series all-time high of 1960.12% set in March 1997. On a monthly basis, producer prices rose 0.4% in July, while the consumer price index increased 4.55% year on year in the same month, per the IMF.
