Bulgaria's GDP from construction rose to 113.608% in the second quarter of 2026 from 112.472% in the previous quarter. This marks the 15th consecutive quarterly increase and the highest reading since the second quarter of 2010. The index was 109.245% a year earlier and has climbed steadily from 92.35% in the second quarter of 2023. Despite the sustained rise, it remains well below the all-time high of 162.836% reached in the first quarter of 2009, according to Eurostat.
