Finland's consumer confidence index rose to -3.4 in August from -5.5 in July. The reading was the highest since February 2022 and compares with -7.9 a year earlier. The index remains below its all-time high of 7.2 in December 2017 and above its record low of -18.4 in September 2022. It has risen in three of the past four months, according to Eurostat.
