Poland's consumer confidence index fell to -13.9 in August from -12.1 in July, marking the first decline in three months after rising in both June and July. Over the past eight months, the index has fluctuated within a range of -11.8 to -16.5. The August reading is slightly below the year-ago level of -13.7 and remains far from the series all-time high of -0.8 in June 2019 and the record low of -42.5 in October 2022, according to Eurostat.
